In 2019, I opened Motive Training in Grand Rapids, MI, and in 2021, I started working on opening Motive Training in Austin, TX.

Now, I’m back in the online realm to level up on the online coaching space once again.

In-person training is a serious endeavor, and our teams in Austin and Grand Rapids are worth every penny. However, online coaching is priced in such a way that almost anyone can afford to make the commitment.

The Functional Range Assessment (FRA®) is a diagnostic tool we use to assess how you move on a joint by joint basis. We will explore everything from your neck down to your toes.

We utilize the findings from the FRA to create movement baselines for your unique body and take the guesswork out of where you need help the most. If you have joint issues of some kind, we’ll get to the root cause and help you fix them or refer you to someone who can.

You will walk away from the FRA having learned something about your body that you didn’t know before.

What's included in coaching?

A 30-minute discovery call.

Getting to know you and your goals is our number one priority. 

We can gather information about you by filling out a form, and you will do that as part of our intake process. However, sitting down with you face to face over Zoom will allow us to know you on a much more personal and deep level. 

Ultimately, the better we know you, the better we can help you. Prepare to schedule a 30-minute discovery call within the first week of joining Motive Mobility.

Weekly check-ins and 48-hour response times.

We want to be as hands-on as possible, which means we will go out of our way to communicate with you and make sure you’re getting what you need to succeed. But, we want this relationship to be reciprocal; we expect you to give us feedback, tell us how you’re feeling, and let us know if we can help along the way. 

We promise to be responsive and get back to you on time, but you should never expect NOT to hear from us within 48 hours.

100% customized programming.

Everything we build for you is customized down to the rep and notes included in your programming. We will only program exercises that you need to succeed or cue you in specific ways to get the desired result. 

The last thing we want you to do is sign up for another generic workout program that you can find on Google. So when you pull the trigger on coaching, expect the best from us because we wouldn’t want it any other way. 

Form checks, progress tracking, and goal-setting made easy.

We want our clients to be hands-on, so we will encourage you to record videos of yourself exercising to give you feedback and things to work on. For example, if your deadlift or squat feels off, we will help you fix it or work on specific mobility drills to get you where you need to go.

We’ll also ensure your goals and progress are tracked within our training app so we know you see the best results possible. 

Access to our custom exercise library and workout videos.

Our team is constantly updating our workout videos and selection so you can see what it’s like to train with us hands-on. Our exercise library is comprehensive but growing. We’ll teach you how to mobilize joints, improve movements like push-ups or pull-ups, and show you how to get the most out of your stretching routines.

You can expect to learn the best cues and form possible from our videos, so you’re not leaving results on the table.
